Each image is sized to 4096px (4k) on the longest edge. For a square image, the resolution will be 4096×4096. Examples of laser engraving detail for a 4k resolution image:
- 137 DPI for a 30in tall engraving (5.5 DPmm at 750mm tall)
- 205 DPI for a 20in tall engraving (8.2 DPmm at 500mm tall)
- 410 DPI for a 10in tall engraving (16.4 DPmm at 250mm tall)
All Images are professionally processed by Cascadia Digital for improved contrast, balanced lighting, enhanced detail, and reduction of color banding, pixelation, blur, and other unwanted characteristics.
